FT3600 & LFP2300 Portable Power Station Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our FT3600 and LFP2300 portable power stations. To safeguard your rights and interests, we hereby establish the following warranty policy. Please read and understand it carefully.

I. Product Models and Warranty Period

This warranty policy applies to the FT3600 and LFP2300 portable power stations. We offer a 3-year basic warranty service for these two models, effective from the date of purchase. Additionally, we provide a 2-year extended warranty option, which can be purchased within the 3-year basic warranty period to extend your warranty coverage. (For purchases made during crowdfunding campaigns, an additional 3-month basic warranty period will be granted, totaling 3 years and 3 months of basic warranty.)

II. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to non-human factors (such as manufacturing defects, material issues, etc.), we will provide free repair/replacement services. This includes but is not limited to battery performance degradation, circuit failures, and damage to the outer shell.

If the product encounters software issues or requires updates, we will provide the necessary support and guidance.

III. Warranty Service Process

If your product encounters a malfunction within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team first, providing proof of purchase (such as invoices, order numbers, etc.) and the product serial number, along with detailed video evidence and a description of the malfunction.

Based on your fault description, fault video, and proof of purchase, the customer service team will initially determine whether the product qualifies for free or paid repair/replacement services and inform you accordingly. You will then decide whether to proceed with the repair or replacement.

For products requiring return for repair/replacement, we will guide you through the shipping process and conduct repairs as soon as the product is received.

Upon completion of repairs, we will ship the product back to you via express delivery. The responsibility for the round-trip shipping costs will be determined based on the primary cause of the fault. Generally, if the service qualifies for free repair or replacement, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

IV. Extended Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Services

If you choose to purchase the 2-year extended warranty within the 3-year basic warranty period, we will provide additional warranty coverage for your product. The purchase conditions and price of the extended warranty will be determined based on market conditions at the time and subject to the content/options displayed during the announcement. If your product is out of the warranty period but still requires repair services, we will offer paid repair options. The specific repair costs will be determined based on the fault conditions and repair difficulty. Please consult our customer service team for detailed information.

V. Precautions

Please keep your proof of purchase and product serial number properly for future reference when needed.

Please do not dismantle, repair, or modify the product without authorization, as this may invalidate the warranty.

This warranty policy only applies to products used under normal conditions and does not cover malfunctions caused by improper use, accidental damage, or human factors.
