* Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

  • If you purchased a  product from the FLASHFISH official store, you may request a return or refund.
  • If you purchased a FLASHFISH product from other suppliers and resellers, you may not request return or refund from us as our suppliers and resellers may have their own policies regarding refund and return. Please contact them for further information.

30-day No Reason to Return

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including but not limited to “don’t want”, ”don’t meet your needs”, or “don’t like” ), you may return the purchased items and accessories complete, unused, and in their original packing. 

  • Before returning the product, please send a picture of the packaged product and shipping script to our customer service.
  • You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to FLASHFISH warehouse.
NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

    Replacement / Maintenance Exclusions

    FLASHFISH’s warranty does NOT apply to:

    • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. 
    • Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
    • Non-quality related issues
    • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
    • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes
    • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase

    How to claim warranty?

    You could please provide us the following information:

    1. A video that shows the problem, and the video should contain the bottom serial number of the battery pack;
    2. Your order number, address and phone number (for shipping replacement)

    Please rest assured that once we confirm the battery is defective and under warranty, we'll send you a replacement within 48hrs.

    Specifications for Different Regions

    • US: US socket (110V) from US warehouse by default.
    • Europe: EU socket (220V) from EU warehouse by default. (For more details: Pls visit Flashfish EU)
    • Other countries: Local specifications from local warehouse by default. If you need other specifications, please note your demand.

    Delivery Services

    • Delivery will happen within 1-3 working days of dispatch, and usually 3-5 days (EU/US/SEA/JP/RS) later you will receive your products. On the day of delivery we will write the tracking number on the order system and email letting you know that delivery will take place.
    • We are able to offer world class shipping options through our long term partnerships with UPS, DPD, FedEx, DHL and other leading global carriers. 
    • The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays. During the busy Holiday season, processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.
