返品および返金ポリシー
- FLASHFISH公式ストアから商品をご購入された場合は、返品・返金を承ります。
- 他のサプライヤーおよび再販業者から FLASHFISH 製品を購入した場合、当社のサプライヤーおよび再販業者は返金および返品に関して独自のポリシーを持っている場合があるため、当社に返品または返金を要求することはできません。詳細については、それらにお問い合わせください。
30 日間返品理由なし
ご購入から 30 日以内であれば、ご購入にご満足いただけない場合 (「欲しくない」、「ニーズを満たさない」、または「気に入らない」を含みますがこれらに限定されません)、購入した商品を返品することができます。商品と付属品が完全で未使用で、元の梱包のままであること。
- 製品を返品する前に、梱包された製品の写真と配送スクリプトをカスタマーサービスまでお送りください。
- 返品の送料はお客様のご負担となります。

- 過度の熱、寒さ、液体、またはその他の外部要因への曝露によって引き起こされた欠陥または損傷
