Troubleshooting: Battery Recalibration
If you are experiencing issues with power consistency, please attempt to recalibrate the battery byperforming a few deep discharge cycles:
- Discharge: Use the device until it shuts down automatically.
2.Drain: Repeatedly attempt to turn it on or let it sit until the screen no longer displays any numbers and thebattery is completely exhausted.
3.Recharge: Charge the unit back to 100% without interruption.
FLASHFISH's warranty does NOT apply to:
Unauthorized Modifications & Handling
- Disassembly: Any attempt to disassemble the device or reassemble it by yourself.
- Battery Tampering: Damage caused by attempting to remove the internal, non-removable battery.
- Unauthorized Reproduction: The duplication of the manual or parts of it without written permission
Physical Abuse & Accidents
- Impact Damage: Dropping the unit, placing heavy objects on it, or subjecting it to strong shocks.
- Short-Circuiting: Intentional or accidental short-circuiting caused by metallic objects such as coins, hairpins, or keys.
- Improper Storage: Damage resulting from high humidity or exposure to dusty environments.
Environmental & Operational Misuse
- Extreme Elements: Exposing the device to fire, water, or other liquids, as well as keeping it in high-temperature areas or direct sunlight.
- Ventilation Neglect: Covering the device with towels, clothing, or other materials while it is in use or charging.
- Non-Emergency Use: Using the device as a permanent replacement for standard household AC or DC power rather than its intended role as an emergency power supply.
How to Submit a Claim:
If the issue persists after recalibration, please provide the following information to our support team:
- A 20-second video demonstrating the fault, including a clear view of the specifications/parameters of the connected devices.
- A clear photo of the Production Code located on the bottom of the product.
- Purchase details: Your shopping platform and order number.
Note: Once a quality defect is confirmed, no return is required. We will immediately arrange for a replacement unit to be sent to you. We appreciate your cooperation!
